  • All orders placed with Forward Motion Motorcycles by phone, fax, website, or e-mail constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth by Forward Motion Motorcycles.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We apologize for any discrepancy due to typographical errors and reserve the right to change, alter or correct them at any time and are not obligated to honor mis-marked prices.
  • Images are for representation only and may be provided by the manufacturer. Actual product may vary.
  • Application and fitment are provided by the manufacture any error in regards to application and fitment other then typographical errors are the responsibility of the manufacture, always check the application of the product you receive before installation   
  • Forward Motion Motorcycles offers no warranty expressed or implied. Warranties, if any, are offered by the manufacturer and are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
  • Once an order has been placed on our site, processed, shipped, or a product has been placed on order with a distributor/manufacturer, it may not be canceled, altered or changed and must be treated as a return.
  • We reserve the right to change and or alter any and all terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Disclaimers

Intended usage
All modification components; including but not limited to engine intake, exhaust, power commanders, etc. have been designed and are intended for off-highway application. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design effecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of said part(s) may void the warranty coverage, if any, on the vehicle. User assumes all cost and risks associated with these and other items.

Electrical
Products that do not state that they are DOT (Department of Transportation) approved, are not and may not be legal for use on public streets and/or highways. Products that are DOT approved are noted in the product description.

Returns and Exchanges

Returned and/or exchanged items must be returned to Forward Motion Motorcycles within 30 days of receiving the item from the shipping carrier. DO NOT refuse your order orders returned to us marked refused or return to sender will be charged any and all shipping charges charged to us by the shipping carrier. S&H charges are not refundable; additional shipping charges will be due to reship any exchanged items. *No additional shipping will be due on items that qualify for our apparel exchange program.
 
***All products returned for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee***    
 
Unfortunately, some items do not qualify for return or exchange; including but not limited to electrical components, fluids, bodywork, fairings, special order, closeout, overstock and discontinued items.
 
*All the steps below must be followed for a return and/or exchange to qualify:
  • Contact us with in 30 days of receiving your item(s) to obtain an RMA#
  • Return the item(s) to us within 14 days of obtaining the RMA#.Return shipping to be paid by the buyer
  • Include your RMA#.Do not write it on the retail packing. You can include it on the shipping label
  • Return the item(s) in new undamaged, uninstalled, original, re-saleable condition
  • Include all of the manufacture’s undamaged original packaging, tags (attached), warranty cards (not filled out), helmet shield protective film (attached and never removed), instructions, stickers, hangers and anything else that was originally included from the manufacture in its original condition
 
Note: It is your responsibility, as the buyer to verify that you have received the correct product prior to installation or use; Product(s) that have been installed, used or have had the manufactures packaging damaged in the process of opening them may not be returned or exchanged.
 
All returns and/or exchanges require a RMA# (return authorization number) you will need to contact us by phone: 626-457-6500 or contact us to obtain RMA #.

Damaged and Defective items

Claims of damaged, defective or incomplete merchandise must be made with in 72 hours of receipt from the shipping carrier.
 
Defective & Incomplete items are the responsibility of the manufacturer and in some cases the manufacturer’s policies may require you to work directly with them to resolve any issues with their products. We will always help to resolve any issues of defective items by working with you and the manufacturer. S&H charges to return defective items to us or the manufacturer are not refundable. The manufacturers do not reimburse us for the S&H; so we cannot reimburse you.

Items damaged by the shipping carrier are the responsibly of the shipping carrier. Always inspect your item upon receipt. If the item appears to be damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier DO NOT refuse the item. Receive the item and contact us. We will always help to resolve any issues with items damaged by the shipping carrier. In some cases the shipping carrier may require additional information from you and may need you to contact them directly to file a claim.

Unfortunately, in some cases of damaged or defective items we may not be able to ship out a replacement item or issue a refund until any claim(s) with the manufacturer or shipping carrier is/are resolved. We understand this is an inconvenience to you and will do everything we can to avoid it.

International Orders

We welcome international orders and ship to most countries worldwide. Items are shipped USPS Express Mail International which provides online tracking and delivery to most countries worldwide in 5-7 days delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier, some size and/or width restrictions may apply. International shipping charges are displayed during the first stage of the checout process, this means you will need to add the item(s) you want to the shopping cart and begin the checkout process to see the shipping charges for your location.
 
Acceptably forms of payment for international orders:
we accept PayPal, international credit cards and wire transfers (some restrictions apply). Orders will only be shipped to the address on file with the Pay Pal or crdeit card account used for payment.
 
International Pay Pal, Credit Card and Customer accounts may not exceed $500.00 dollars in a 90 day period. (Customer places order/orders totaling $500.00 dollars and pays with pay pal or international credit card, customer may only pay by bank wire transfer for 90 days from the date of the last order.)
 
Placing an international order under $500.00 dollars:
Simply ad the items you want to the shopping cart (order total may not exceed $500.00 dollars) when you are done shopping proceed to checkout. 
 
Placing an international order over $500.00 dollars:
You will first need to set-up an account with us by clicking on the login link on our home page and sign up for an account, then contact our sales staff contact us with the part numbers (SKU) for the items you would like to purchase and the full name used to set up your account. Our sales staff will review your order and contact you with shipping cost, payment information including how to make payment; after payment is made we will begin to process the order.

Shipping
 
Shipping charges are displayed during the first stage of the checkout process, this means you will need to add the item(s) you want to the shopping cart and begin the checkout process.  
 
  • US orders over $499.99 will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used for payment  
  • International orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used for payment  
  • Orders paid for with Pay Pal will only be shiped to the address on file with Pay Pal at the time of payment
  • Orders shipped  UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select and USPS Express Mail will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used for payment   
 
We understand that our customers are excited about their purchase and want to receive their order as soon as possible.  We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders will have a 1-3 day handling time*.  To help make up for this we have put together a large network of distributors and manufactures nationwide (select orders may be shipped to you directly from the manufacture or distributor). Our sales staff will review your order and do there best to ship your order from a location closest to you in order to cut down on delivery time.
  

Orders shipped UPS 3-Day Select and UPS 2nd Day Air can only be shipped from our southern Califorina warehouse and may incur additional handling times. Our sales staff will review your order and may ship your order UPS Ground from another warehouse location or direct from the manufacture or a distributor if it will get your order to you quicker, they will then refund you any expedited shipping charges.

*International orders, orders shipped with UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, with the USPS and orders shipped to PO Box, FPO/APO, HI, AK and PR address may encounter additional handling time.  
  

  • Orders shipped to PO Box, FPO/APO PR address, shipping options are U.S. Priority Mail or U.S. Express Mail
  • Orders shipped to HI, AK address, shipping options are UPS 2nd Day Air, U.S. Priority Mail or U.S. Express Mail
  • Orders shipped to International (NON-US) address, shipping options are Express Mail International (EMS)

Shipping times are provided by the shipping carrier, once an item has been given to the shipping carrier delivery time is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Forward Motion Motorcycles always offers FREE SHIPPING storewide with no order minimums and no handling fees. This means whenever you see the free shipping logo your item ships for free via UPS ground. Free shipping only applies to orders shipped UPS ground to the 48 continental United States. PO Box, FPO/APO, HI, AK, PR and International orders do not qualify.

Back Orders

Please note not all items listed on our site are in stock. After an order is placed on or site we may need to check availability with the distributor/manufacturer. If an item is out of stock with a distributor/manufacturer, our sales staff will contact you and provide you with an estimated ship date. You will also have the option to cancel your order or substitute it for a different item of equal or lesser value.

From time to time a distributor/manufacturer may discontinue an item or implement a price increase without notice. We do our best to keep our site current and up to date, however, in the event that this occurs, our sales staff will contact you and provide you an estimated ship date and any prices difference when applicable. You will also have the option to cancel your order or substitute it for a different item of equal or lesser value.
